Every new user receives 30 free minutes without entering credit card details to thoroughly test the AI receptionist before any recharge.
2. Prepaid Wallet Balances
Prepaid balance top-ups can be refunded upon request within 7 days of payment if no call minutes have been consumed from the recharge amount.
3. Requesting a Refund
